If a course is missed, fees can be transferred to the same course title on a later date within a 6-month period of initial purchase. I understand that a $250 deposit is required to hold my seat in class. The course deposit is deducted from the balance of the selected course. An invoice will be sent with your acceptance email to cover the remaining balance of the course. All fees must be paid prior to the start date of your course. Virtual courses must be paid in full prior to receiving access to the course. Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna are available payment options for those who need payment assistance or payment plan options, although all fees must be paid prior to receiving access to the course. University and submitting payment for tuition or fees, you agree to the following chargeback policy: No Liability for Chargebacks or Fraud: K.I.S.S.E.D. University is not responsible for any chargebacks or disputes resulting from fraudulent transactions or errors initiated by the payer. All payments are final and non-refundable. Duplicate Charge Disputes: If a duplicate payment dispute arises, you must contact our billing department for resolution. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in dismissal from the program and forfeiture of all fees paid. Fraudulent Claims: Submitting a fraudulent chargeback request is a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and collection proceedings to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees. Multiple Payment Attempts: In the event of multiple payment attempts resulting in declined transactions followed by a successful payment, K.I.S.S.E.D. University is not liable for any disputes or claims of duplicate charges. Non-Refundable Fees: All tuition, deposits, and fees are non-refundable. Filing a chargeback does not relieve you of your financial obligations under this agreement. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting payment, you agree to abide by this chargeback policy, waiving your right to dispute charges through your financial institution without first resolving concerns with K.I.S.S.E.D. University.
