Healing Through Art, Identity, and Expression

In this expressive art workshop, participants use camouflage fabric and creative embellishments to explore the parts of themselves they’ve had to “hide” or “blend in.” This session bridges creativity with emotional truth-telling.
Participants will:
Learn the symbolism of camouflage in identity and survival
Reflect on masks, roles, and emotional patterns
Decorate camouflage garments using patches, stones, paint, appliqués, trims, and quotes
Use creativity as a pathway to empowerment and self-definition
Share insights in a gentle group circle
