KISSED University of Healing Arts & Sciences offers advanced, professional post-licensure credentials in Trichology Science, Herbal Science, Holistic Health & Functional Medicine, and NeoTrichology™. These programs are industry-recognized professional credentials, NOT state-licensed or U.S. Department of Education-regulated academic degrees. They are designed for licensed beauty and wellness professionals seeking higher clinical, educational, and leadership training in integrative scalp and wellness sciences.

Our Professional Programs are organized into four schools:

Each school offers a progressive ladder of Professional Bachelor, Master of Professional, and Doctor of Professionalcredentials that build on one another.

**These are professional, post-licensure credentials for licensed cosmetic arts and barbering practitioners. They are not state-licensed or U.S. Department of Education-recognized academic degrees, do not lead to teacher licensure, and are not eligible for federal financial aid.

How Our Professional Credential Tracks Work

Our Professional Credential Pathways follow a structured progression similar to traditional undergraduate → master → doctorate models, but specifically designed for licensed, working professionals who need flexibility, depth, and real-world clinical relevance.

Foundational Advanced Study

 

DESCRIPTION:
Begin your professional advancement with a structured, academic-style pathway integrating trichology, herbal science, holistic health, and functional medicine principles.

  • Complete 100–120 credit hours (as defined by catalog)

How to Move Through Each Level

1. Begin With Certification or Enter Directly

Start Here if You’re New

Most students begin with a 6-Week Certification in:

  • Trichology

  • Herbal Medicine

  • Holistic Health

This builds the foundation needed for advanced study.

 

​Skip Ahead if You Have Training

Students with prior certifications, professional licenses, or relevant experience may enter directly into the Bachelor-Level Professional Credential through our Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) review.

 

2. Progress Through the Professional Credential Levels

  • Bachelor-Level Professional Credential - Build core knowledge, foundational clinical skills, and integrative science understanding in your chosen school.

  • Master-Level Professional Credential - Advance into deeper clinical practice, multi-system assessment, protocol design, and research literacy.

  • Doctoral-Level Professional Credential - Demonstrate mastery through advanced clinical reasoning, applied research, and integrative leadership.

 

3. Fast Track Options (Accelerated Study)

Eligible students may shorten their pathway through:

  • Accelerated Certification → Bachelor direct entry

  • Shortened Bachelor-to-Master progression

  • Early Master-to-Doctoral advancement

  • Double-course enrollment (when approved)

KISSED University offers several Fast Track pathways designed for motivated learners who want to accelerate their academic progress without compromising quality. These options allow eligible students to reduce their overall completion time and move more quickly into advanced levels of professional study.

🔹 Fast Track: Certification → Bachelor-Level Entry

Students who have already completed:

  • A KISSED 6-Week Certification, or

  • A recognized certification in Trichology, Herbalism, Holistic Health, or related fields

may enter directly into the Bachelor-Level Professional Credential without repeating foundational coursework.

Perfect for:
Students who want to immediately transition into the academic credential pathway.

 

🔹 Fast Track: Accelerated Bachelor-Level Completion

Students in good academic standing may qualify to accelerate their Bachelor-Level progression by:

  • Taking approved accelerated courses

  • Completing key foundational courses simultaneously

  • Using Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) to skip previously mastered content

Perfect for:
Students with strong foundational knowledge who want to move quickly into graduate-level study.

 

🔹 Fast Track: Bachelor-Level → Master-Level Advancement
