Programs Offered
Each program follows K.I.S.S.E.D. University’s standard tuition of $250 per credit hour, with most courses valued at 3 credit hours.
Students may complete programs fully online, hybrid, or in-person at our Raleigh campus.
Certificate in Holistic Health
An entry-level program introducing the principles of holistic health, body systems, lifestyle balance, and natural wellness.

Board Credential Level I (B.H.F.) - Board Certified Holistic Health & Functional Medicine Practitioner
Explores anatomy, physiology, nutrition, detoxification, and mind-body medicine.
Students learn to design personalized wellness plans using dietary, emotional, and herbal interventions that support the body’s natural repair mechanisms.
Board Credential Level II (M.H.F.) - Board Certified Master Holistic Health & Functional Medicine Clinician
Advanced studies in functional testing, root-cause analysis, and holistic protocol development.
Students gain hands-on training in interpreting lab data, understanding biochemical pathways, and creating evidence-based, integrative wellness strategies.
Board Credential Level III (D.H.F.) - Board Certified Doctor of Holistic Health & Functional Medicine
A leadership-level doctorate preparing graduates to become educators, researchers, or directors within the holistic and integrative medicine community.
Emphasis on advanced clinical case study, program design, and holistic research methodology.
The Holistic Health & Functional Medicine Professional Credentialing Pathway (Board Credential Levels I–III) is a structured professional advancement track designed for licensed and practicing wellness professionals seeking advanced training in holistic health, functional systems-based care, and integrative wellness practice.
These credentials are professional board credentials, not academic degrees, do not lead to state licensure, and are not affiliated with or regulated by the U.S. Department of Education. Programs are designed for professional development, advanced practice competency, and leadership within the holistic health field.
